HR Manager (80% - 100%)
On behalf of our client, a leading global bank, we are looking for an English and German speaking HR Manager. For this contract position based in Basel, Switzerland, our client is looking for a candidate who can start as soon as possible.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Support the bank's apprentice and its' training program
- Provide apprentice care in all HR aspects
- Recruitment of apprentice
- Event and training management
- Coordinate with trainers, line managers, and all stakeholders
You must possess:
- At least 4 years of HR experience
- German is a must
- Banking experience a plus
- Good understand of Swiss Educational System
