For our banking client in Zurich, we are currently looking for a Windows 10 Configuration Engineer
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
Location: Zurich
In this role you will join a highly skilled global desktop engineering "Windows 10" project. Responsible to set up OS and apply changes on the registry in a Windows 10 project.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or closely related field
- Several years of experience configuring operating systems (Win 7)
- Able to write own functions with Powershell
- Good knowledge of VBS
- Able to set up OS and apply changes on the registry
- Experience in engaging with business and management stakeholders
- Experience working in environments as part of a team supporting or engineering Windows client deployments is a plus
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows Client Environment and of integrating Clients systems with other core Infrastructure components is a plus
- Leadership Skills, strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, be extremely self-motivated, be able to work with minimal guidance and have the ability to own problems through to resolution. Ability to collaborate across a diverse global team.
- Understanding of regulatory environment and requirements
- Good knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (Windows 7) and keen on learning the functionalities and last updates of Windows 10
