Agile Coach/Trainer - SCRUM Master - wanted for our client in the financial services sector based in Zurich. The role will involve working closely with IT teams and business users to become more agile focused.
Your experience/skills:
- 10 years experience in IT environment as well as 3 to 5 year's experience as a Scrum Master
- Coaching knowledge preferred
- Capability to encourage collaboration in challenging conditions
- Understanding of trans-formative learning
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Working in strictly time boxed process loop with adaptive planning using some sort of ranked work list
- Operating in a test-driven setup
- Participating in frequent status meetings where the team members report to each other, commit to work and examine barriers
- Constructing and preserving suitable charts which represent progress and status
- Producing adequate tracking and performance metrics that encourage team work
