PMO/Project Assistant
Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an experienced Project Management Officer /Project Assistant to join one of their clients, a well renowned global advisory organisation based in Zurich. For this temporary assignment based in Zurich, we are seeking a fluent German and English speaking candidate who is immediately available.

Project:
Our client is in the process of rolling out new hardware and requires an assistant to support the project leader in;
- Managing the project mailbox
- Organisation of meeting and training events
- Preparation of project communication drafts
- Update project resource demand
The successful candidate will also be experienced in assigning and co-ordinating internal resources between multiple projects, schedule assignments, identify co-ordination issues and resolve accordingly.
Your profile:
- Proven experience as a PMO/Project assistant
- Have been involved in resource management assignments
- Ideally involved in a large rollout; hardware/software related
- High attention to detail
- Ability to adapt in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in both German and English
Location: Zurich
Start Date: Immediately
Duration: 6 months, possible extension
