Program Coordinator - HR Marketing and Events wanted for our Zurich based client in the IT sector.
Your tasks:
- Supporting experts and managers in the development of various outreach programs
- Coordinating and assisting the program of events and sponsorships in EMEA for recruiting and employer branding purposes
- Working with vendors or in-house contacts to coordinate the collateral, marketing and online materials
- Supervising and developing the leads management process and measuring the progress and successes of different programs through using metrics
- Preparing reports and sharing information to make recommendations for improvements as well as supporting the development of programs and events that will engage a targeted engineering profile
Your experience/skills:
- University degree in Business or equivalent education
- Solid working experience in customer care, budget management, project management and/or negotiation as well as in administration, team support, basic event management
- Proficiency in promoting the company as an exceptional place to work for experienced technical talents
- Ability to multitask and self-manage, maintain professional internal and external client relationships along with the ability to work with rapidly shifting expectations and time constraints
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, speaking multiple languages would be a big plus
