To lead the Salesforce component (workstream) of the client management implementation
Tasks:
o Leads Client Workstream throughout the program duration: Client business processes and Target Operating Models definition; configuration specs definition; training strategy definition and training content creation; overall Client change management; roll-out planning and execution (training, post-go-live support); Client workstream closure and hand-over.
o Client Workstream governance, reporting, participation and representation of Client Workstream in program meetings as required
o Align with technical streams (development, interface, testing, data, infrastructure, etc.) to ensure the systems and IT support the business processes
Skills:
o Senior Consultant/Manager with 5+ years of experience leading SFDC process development and rollout management, including change management.
Language: Fluent French & German Speaker
