Solution Architect (SAP AII) (m/f)
About our client
Our client is world-wide known pharmaceutical company based in Switzerland.
On behalf of our client, Swisslinx is currently looking for a Solution Architect to join the team on a contract basis. The project is related to serialization global deployment. Its purpose is to build specific capabilities to manage serialized products in our distribution centers, do compliance reporting where governmental health authorities are requesting it, being able to exchange required data with 3PL's, to allow affiliates to manage serialized and aggregated products. This is a Full time contract role based in Basel.
Your mission
- Design, build, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance existing system functionality; develop new features per business requirements - SAP AII and OER system
- Create system documentation, including functional and technical specifications, installation scripts, OQs/PQs, test plans, and scripts
- Ensure validation, audit, and legal compliance of system throughout life cycle
- Provide content knowledge on Incident, Problem, and Change management processes to appropriate IT teams
- Collaborate with other IT teams to implement solutions that optimize operational performance of system
- Drive coordination of activities for small-to-medium changes in area of responsibility - provide 2nd/3rd level support
- Help drive process improvement initiatives to optimize user experience and business understanding of solution
Your background
- Previous experience working as a Consultant in SAP SCM (Supply Chain Management) with a focus on SAP OER and SAP AII including ITS Mobile
- 3-5 years of hands-on configuration and/or development experience
- Knowledge of GS1 standards, in particular EPCIS and GS1 standards
- Detailed knowledge of supply chain and logistics business processes
- Expert in deploying and monitoring SAP solutions across a multi-system landscape using various interface technologies (iDoc, PI). Basic knowledge of SAP PI necessary.
- Knowledge of ITIL, skilled in problem/incident & change management, and full life cycle system support
- Fluency in English
