Title: Coordinator, Tech Programs & Events

Location: Zurich

Duration: 12 Months

The Tech Programs and Events team (as part of GPS) is focused on promoting the company as an exceptional place to work for experienced technical talent, building a robust and diverse pipeline of outstanding candidates, and collaborating cross-functionally and globally to build and refine partnerships and outreach.

As a Coordinator, you will support our team enthusiastically in making our staffing systems more efficient, planning for our growth, building relationships internally and externally or helping to cultivate the next generation of computer scientists. You will be supporting the development of programs and events that will engage a targeted engineering profile, working on attracting engineers to the company's workforce as you will have a pulse of the broader brand landscape.

Requirements

Business degree or equivalent education
Experience in customer care, budget management, project management and/or negotiation
Experience in administration, team support, basic event management
Strong organizational skills, keen analytical skills to define, implement and present changes
Ability to multitask and self-manage, maintain professional internal and external client relationships, and work with rapidly shifting expectations and time constraints
Excellent verbal and written skills (speaking multiple languages is a plus)
Ability to think, plan and execute resourcefully
Experience using Google products including email, calendar, docs and spreadsheets is a plus

Responsibilities

Assist specialists and managers in the development of various outreach programs
Support and coordinate our program of events and sponsorships in EMEA for recruiting and employer branding purposes
Coordinate swag, collateral, marketing materials and online materials (working with vendors or in-house contacts)
Own and develop our leads management process and use metrics to measure the progress and successes of different programs
Effectively run reports and share the information to make recommendations for improvements
