Our client is an international Tier1 bank located in Zurich.
We're looking for an individual who wants to be involved in supporting a project within the client's wealth management unit. This role would suite a Junior PMO or someone with a couple of years' experience in a similar field who wants to join a top firm.
Tasks
- Support the production of materials (communication, training, management support)
- Defining of procedural and technical business requirements
- Coordinating of testing and creation of user manuals
- Consolidating information into cohesive and understandable correspondence or other written form for use in management decision-making
- Supporting preparation of project planning, controlling, managing resources, budgeting, cost tracking as well as reporting
Requirements
- Sound educational background
- Previous work experience in a similar role in Banking and/or Financial Services
- Good understanding of wealth management
- Strong organisational skills
- Proactive, resilient and reliable personality
- Fluency in English & German (written & spoken)

Start Date is ASAP
The assignment duration is planned for 6 months.
