Lync Supporter
On behalf of our client, a leading global company within finance, we are looking for a Lync Supporter. For this 8 months contract position based in Zürich in Switzerland, our client is looking for an English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible.

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Support the Global Skype for Business upgrade
- 2nd and 3rd Level Support
- Conducting critical system maintenance activities
- Ensure service quality and performance of the Lync features
The skills and experience needed for this position are:
- 3+ years' experience in Lync required
- Hands on experience in deploying, configuring and supporting Lync 2010, 2013, Skype for Business including supporting integration with Microsoft and custom applications
- Experience with Windows Server environments
- Strong English communication skills
