Project Support - Category Management wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Background/professional training in project management and 4+ years of working experience as project support/PMO, preferably in a financial services industry
- Proficiency in developing, driving and implementing change in the project as well as strong understanding of banking operations
- Knowhow in investment bank brokerage and exchange
- Flexible, skilled and motivated to add value in the team and the bank
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Inaugurating transparency on external costs "brokerage & exchange fees" and "post-trade services" across the company
- Analyzing, establishing and documenting a portfolio of tactical and strategical cost saving opportunities through close collaboration with business representatives of all divisions
- Supporting the project team with PMO tasks including documentation and maintenance of opportunity trackers, financials savings, project plans, etc.
- Working together with external parties to benchmark services and cost of transaction versus industry peers
- Communicating with different SME groups to understand market trends, competitive maneuvering of infrastructure providers and market initiatives along with applying strategies to leverage those to the firm's benefits
