JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER JOB/MANAGEMENT SUPPORT
BANKING JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT JOB - ZÜRICH
A large banking client of ours are seeking additional support within their Zurich office, with regards to invoice processing. This includes the review, co-ordination, and management of the invoice approval work flow across a number of different areas including Investment Banking IT, Group Finance IT, and Records Management IT.
Within the bank and working across these different sectors here in Zurich, this job will provide support to the Global Business Management unit who are responsible for processing all invoices, transactions and reporting through the banks tools.
In this Zurich based job which can be described as a Junior Project Manager, or Management Support, you will be responsible for a number of duties including reviewing the invoice approval work-flow, maintaining invoice help guides for staff, working with vendors to answer queries, investigate invoice delays and the chasing of staff.
To be a suitable candidate for this job you will ideally have experience in Management Support, including the review of invoicing processes. In, banking experience is preferred, and fluent German essential.
