Financial Analyst
For our life science client, we are currently looking for a Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Financial ownership for Business Unit, make sure all financial aspects are considered during both the planning and implementation of projects
- Support Finance Manager by providing financial information on plant spending, production variance analysis and challenging current status quo on business environment
- Understand Manufacturing Processes and Related Financial Performances
- Guide department through planning and actual reporting cycles
- Participate in staff meetings, build trust and respect across teams to offer services. Simplify processes and optimize the Service Delivery Model by coordinating and leading cross-team groups
- Stakeholder Management
Leadership Abilities needed:
- Need to be quality orientated and result driven, takes full responsibility for results
- Collaborative and a good team player, need to be able to work across departments and with virtual teams
- Attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Strong communication skills, oral and written
Additional Requirements:
- Finance certification (CPA, CMA or equivalent) or advanced degree in business administration (Bachelor, MBA) or Finance
- Previous experience within Finance & Accounting with at least 4 years within an international environment within the Pharmaceutical/Health care sector
- Strong Analytical skills and capabilities in MS Office and SAP R/3
- Able to work under time pressure while keeping high level off accuracy
- Good negotiating and conflict management skills
- Fluent in English and German Preferred
