Introduction: Since its founding in 1997 ITech Consult AG has expanded its network of freelance IT continuously. Today we have access to over 30,000 reported IT specialists (developers, system specialists, project managers, supporters, etc). So we are able to present computer science professionals with the required profiles in a short term.
Tasks Performed:
-Support the Project Workstream Change Management & Communications Lead with various planning and coordination activities relating to change management, communications and training
-Provide inputs to the respective strategies for change management and communication and training
-Create and review communication materials for end-users and specific user groups according to the communications strategy
-Implement various change management measures in alignment with the Workstream Lead
-Create internal training materials for internal support processes (incident management, signing up for training etc.)
-Review training materials provided by the vendor together with the Training Solution Manager against the Training Concept
Role:
-OCM/Training and Communications Workstream Lead, who plans and coordinates change management, training and communications on the project and defines the strategies for all 3 areas
-Training Solution Manager, who does the Training Needs Analysis, defines training strategies and develops a training concept for the project and who also test the training materials
-Vendor that designs the trainings
-Pilot Lead with pilot users (to test training concept and training materials)
Requirements:
-Minimum of 3 years' experience in as a Communications Specialist within IT area
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to impart ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
-English essential, other languages definitely a plus eg German, Spanish and French
-Experience in writing and creating communications materials
-Experience in providing training to users eg as an IT Trainer - the candidate would not need to carry out trainings, but to prepare the training material
-Strong customer service orientation
-Travel ling required to parts of Europe
-Remote work option is present upon approval
Nice to Haves:

-Experience with training, change management and communications in large global IT projects
-Experience with international projects
-Certification in Prosci Organization Change Management/Familiar with the ADKAR Model
-Degree in Communications
