Your Skills
- 2-3 years of project related experience in a project management or PMO role with similar tasks for programs with multiple projects
- Pharma Experience (esp. experience with working with Offshore partners, with infrastructure and security topics, etc.) is a big plus
- Experience to use the Tools like DSMT, HPSM
Your Tasks
- Under guidance from ODC Manager:
- Review/Update Documentation for ODC’s
- Security Audit: Address/Coordinate resolution of findings with various parties
- As part of a team help define Support Model for ODC
- Service Desk, Back of House Operations
- links into Active Directory, DSMT, Manageability of Devices
- Working with the Transition Team, define Tool Sets for use to support solutions on remote virtual desktops including Firewall and other security rules to support this
