SAP BI/BW HANA Consultant
We are currently recruiting a SAP BI/BW HANA Consultant for a SAP BW on HANA rollout project for our client (CH/DE/FR).
The SAP BI/BW HANA Consultant will have a background in SAP BW and SAP HANA and will have experience in various reporting tools such as SAP Business Objects. The SAP BI/BW HANA Consultant will also have experience in technical or functional of SAP BI projects.
Responsibilities
- Leading small to medium sized teams
- Analyze business requirements, business processes, business case and/or technical architectures and develop blueprint and/or designs as per best practices
- Propose and develop Information Strategy Architecture and Standards
- Manage and guide offshore teams
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members
Requirements
- Broad understanding of Data Warehousing Architectures and Tools
- Understanding of extraction, modelling and reporting using SAP BW, HANA and one or more reporting solutions of the SAP BI suite (Business Object tools)
- At least 2 years experience in engaging, leading or being part of SAP BW and/or HANA projects
- Able to articulate the business benefits of both previous implementations and proposed solutions to non-technical people
- Estimates costs that are realistic, based on effort required, value delivered, and client's expectations.
- Designs and validates a complex architecture and ensures its successful implementation
- Experience leading teams or managing projects
