Procurement Specialist - Category Manager Support - Software category - Software contracts
We currently look for an experienced Procurement Specialist to support the procurement of software and related services.
Primary responsibilities include:
1. Preparing and leading tenders, including requirements gathering, supplier selection and contract development
2. Reviewing and redlining license & maintenance agreements
3. Working collaboratively with key stakeholders to identify opportunities to optimize the procurement of software
4. Ensuring compliance to relevant procurement policies and processes
Preferred Skills/Qualifications
1. 5+ years of experience procurement, with at least 3+ years in the software category
2. Experience with reading/redlining software contracts
3. Knowledge of common licensing models and associated contractual structures
4. Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across functions and seniority
5. CIPS certification, or similar, preferred (nice to have)
English is a must. German is very nice to have
