For our life science client in Basel, we are seeking a Change Manager
Start Date: 21st March 2016 (latest start 4th April 2016)
End Date: 31st December 2016
Location: Basel (80% onsite possible)

Working in our client's Biometrics Department, our client will be implementing a statistical data management and analysis platform. During the implementation and into the roll-out phase, we require a change manager to manage stakeholders at all levels and ensure full execution of a communications strategy and plan.
You Role:
Plan, execute and manage communication activities
Ensure organisation readiness and adoption of the solution
Collaborate and ensure alignment with change and adoption management team
Work with project and business IT leads collaborating with program change and implementation leads
Collaborate with SMEs and project leads
Identity risks and propose mitigation strategies
Collaborate with other communication departments
Your Experience:
Fluent - ideally native - English
5+ years Global project and change communications
Well versed in change management and project manage methodologies
5+ years creating communication in different media
Branding within corporate guidelines
Technical and logistical e-media management
Strong planning and organisational skills
