For a six months project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedJunior Business Analyst - Process Mapping with strong Excel knowledge (3586)
This role will consist of review, consolidation, documentations and processing of business management data across various supporting tools.
Your skills:
-2 years experience as Business Analyst
-Ability to consolidate documents and spreadsheets
-Self-starter mentality with solution oriented skills
-Make recommendations for improvements, solutions and plans based on data findings
-Creation of Process Documentation and Training Materials
-Proficient in MS Excel - (VBA Skills would be a plus)
-MS VISIO for process documentation and Advanced MS Sharepoint experience
-English Language required, German optional but an advantage
Your responsibilities:
-Support internal business management activities such as analyzing, evaluating and consolidating various data inputs to a single format
-Tracking of processed requests along the predefined processes in systems and tools supporting the business management processes
-Follow up and investigation in case of exceptions
-Documenting \"as is\" processes and providing guidance or training
-Supporting IT streams in following the predefined processes and procedures as well as providing feedback on status of processed data
You will be the right candidate if you have experience in banking, bring solid Excel and have had some exposure to classic BA work.
