For a project at our clients‘ site here in Zurich, an internationally renowned bank, we are looking for aSenior Work Stream Lead for Reporting Solutions (3311)
This project is set within the Finance Change organization where the designated candidate and the team will be working on regulatory driven projects for our clients CFO Division.
The team has the objective to deliver a strategic solution within the Large Exposure Reporting project, which meets the BCBS requirements documented in BCBS238. Therefore a strategic reporting solution has to be established as well as proper sourcing from upstream systems.
Job Qualifications
- Appropriate business education within the regulatory reporting subject
- Comprehensive understanding of business processes and corresponding IT solutions
- Strong business acumen and ability to quickly understand regulatory requirements and business strategy
- Several years of experience in the regulatory reporting environment.
- Technical knowledge including SQL and experience of regulatory reporting tools.
- Track record of working as a Project Manager in the banking arena
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- German language knowledge will be a benefit
Key Responsibilities
- Analysis and gathering of requirements from a reporting and sourcing perspective
- Liaise with the upstream data provider to ensure additional requirements are reflected accordingly
- Drive change with SMEs and IT contacts and coordinate project delivery to ensure that the needs of business stakeholders are met.
- Drive overall work stream delivery to ensure that all requirements are addressed
- Working jointly with IT and business organizations to implement effective business solutions
