For a 6 months project at our client site in Zurich, an international bank, we are looking for an experienced

Program Communications Lead (3533)

In this position you will be responsible fort he delivery oft he over-arching culture and communication strategy oft he program.

Your Qualifications:

-Experience of running a communications program (planning and coordinating events, defining key messages, managing various delivery channels, managing stakeholders, etc)
-Experience of preparing key communications materials (organization announcements, newsletters, presentations, briefing materials)
-Strong relationship building and consultation skills as well as an ability to ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with peers, management, key stakeholders and clients.
-Excellent spoken and written English
-Experience of working in/supporting communications in the Banking industry and/or the Finance function

Your tasks :

-Responsible for delivery of the over-arching culture and communications strategy for the Program
-Drafts all key messages, FAQs, Management announcements, and presentations – sees these through to completion and delivery
-Works face to face with Management Team and key members of staff to provide support for communications efforts in their individual areas
-Responsible for ensuring the communication delivery plan is complete and up-to-date, and for coordinating the preparation materials and delivery as defined in the plan
-Works with the central web team to ensure all latest assets are available via the website
-Works the Program Director to draft and deliver the regular Program updates
