Risk Control Specialist
On behalf of our client, a leading global company within finance, we are looking for a Risk Control Specialist. For this contract position based in Zürich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible.

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Act as a business lead to support Group Risk Control (GRC)
- Support the implementation of changes related to the Basel Committee principles
- Work closely with the global Risk Control Operations team
- Provide business input and steering on key deliverables related to BCBS 239
- Provide general management support to the Risk Control Operations team within Switzerland, particularly for BCBS 239 related topics
- Stakeholder Management
The skills and experience needed for this position are:
- 5+ years' experience within a Risk Control function
- Understanding of Credit Risk, Market Risk and Treasury Risk and Operational Risk
- Experience in dealing with data within a large organization
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills
- Stakeholder Management skills
- Project management skills
- Fluency in both verbal and written English
- Driven and resourceful mind-set
