Our client a business change consultancy has a client based in Basel, Switzerland who requires a communications consultant for a 3-6 month contract starting early Jan.The consultant will be working for a Pharma client, on a programme already launched around the tracking and monitoring of clinical trials.
This programme is now in BAU but has not landed well and there's resistance. The client is looking for help in achieving user adoption - so this could be a comms role with some learning aspect to it (understanding training needs and what approach to adopt etc), and it's more practical/delivery than strategic. An understanding of change is important to be able to manage resistance.
We're open to UK based people too, as there may be scope to work remotely from client site for part of the time once established.
