For a Project at our banking client’s site in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

Senior IT Test Manager - Regulatory Project (3489)

Our client is offering a Senior Test Manager role for a major regulatory initiative in a Global Bank organization. You will create/design/execute test strategy/plan for a complex regulatory solution involving a large number of applications across diffrent organizations and teams.

Your qualifications:

- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or alternatively an equivalent education
- Sound experience of minimum 5-7 years as a Test Manager for large projects across multiple applications
- Knowledge in regulatory initiatives is an advantage
- Testing, control and reporting tools (HP Quality Center, JIRA, SVN)
- Exceptional experience in testing with a proven record of successful implementations for comparable initiatives
- Very good communication skills, ability to present in front of senior management
- Fluent English language skills, German skills are an advantage
- Preference will be given to candidates who are already located in Switzerland

The role:

- Provide hands on leadership to the testing team
- Manage across different organizations and teams to achieve the expected test results
- Negotiate and agree on test resources to allocate and objectives to achieve in a matrix organization
- Develop the test concept and lead planning, development and execution of test cases
- Report test execution progress across all involved parties to senior management
- High visibility by being part of a strategic initiative involving the communication to senior stakeholders
