For our customer, we would like to fill the following vacancy:Operator Digital Signage 100%
For the Digital Signage system within the company (from RMG Networks) we are looking for a contractor that can operate and monitor IT & A/V equipment in the area of Digital Signage for internal Meeting Services
Competency Level: Professional / Senior (should have at least 2 years’ experience in Digital Signage)
Main Tasks
• Operating and monitoring of devices, consoles and subsystems in the area of Digital Signage
• Analyzing system messages and triggering fault correction procedures and workarounds
• Planning based on requirements
• Clarifying, documenting and eliminating exceptional conditions and incorrect system states in internal ticketing system HPSM (incident management)
• Initiating and controlling the maintenance tasks
• Keeping the processing and error logs and generating statistics and checklists
Special Requirements (Language, technology, certificates, degrees)
• Skilled in server administration
• Basic SQL language skills
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
• Ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment, working flexible (early/late) based on requirements
• Proficient in English and German, other languages like Spanish or Chinese are beneficial
• Experience with global enterprise environment preferred
• Strong customer and service orientation and being a great team-player
• General understanding of ITIL framework, Call center reporting knowledge beneficial
Further Nice to Have:
• Experience with RMG Networks
• pharma experience
Please note that the latest start date for this position will be the beginning of March 2016.
Additionally, part of the selection process will be an interview and a test work session (1 day).
