For a one year project at our banking client’s site in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedProject Manager – Client Reference Data (3483)
To further strengthen our clients' team of the Client Reference Data program we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the program management.
Your qualifications:
- Proven track record as Project Manager or PMO in similar role
- University degree in business, economics, banking, mathematics, IT; further education (MBA, CBAP TOGAF or PMI etc.) is beneficial
- Excellent planning, analytical and conceptual thinking combined with an outstanding ability to communicate and high delivery focus
- Self-starter personality, comfortable with driving change, questioning the status quo
- Excellent knowledge of one or more of the following sectors (as well as consultant): Banking, Financial Services, and/or Insurance
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Knowing Excel, Powerpoint and Word is a must, Sharepoint is a plus
- Used to work in an international and multicultural setting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
- Strong open personality and team player
The role:
- Responsible for the program financials, the regular (monthly) controlling and respective interactions with portfolio management
- Responsible for regular status, risk and dependency reporting towards senior management incl. management of respective meetings, coordination and tracking of action items, etc.
- Managing the administrative aspects of contracts with external parties and suppliers
- Support the onboarding of new colleagues
