Beschreibung

The role involves:

Responsibilities:

. Delivering the project on time, in the expected quality and within budget according to defined contracts
. Apply project change management and get buy-in from all stakeholders
. Responsible for all necessary planning, controlling and reporting tasks within its project
. Managing risks, issues and dependencies in a proactive way
. Managing stakeholders to set/fulfil their expectations and keep track on business benefit realization while marketing these achievements appropriately
. Create status reports, management reports and the like for respective target audience
. Keep communication up and ensure transparency among project team, stakeholders and management regarding the status of committed project deliveries
. Ensure and write adequate project documentation
. Evaluating the project team on an ongoing basis to assess contribution and potential, and take measures
. Implementing the agreed sourcing pattern
. Contributing to a positive team spirit
. Ensures that the project follows standardization according to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) definitions. Complies with given standards and regulations

Tasks:

. Organizes and leads the project and the team (ie plans and manages allocated resources, shapes priorities, coordinates interactions with customers and users and keeps the project team focused) on mandate of Program Manager
. Manages relationship with all project stakeholders (CIO function, Business, BSM, Interface partners, etc.)
. Coordinates regularly with the Business Project Lead concerning requirements, project plan and reporting
. Organizes and leads the project team (ie plans and manages allocated resources, shapes priorities, coordinates interactions with customers and users and keeps the project team focused)
. Ensures an efficient project governance - roles and responsibilities
. Provides the project plan and updates it as needed (deadlines, milestones, delivery, requested and planned resources etc.)
. Schedules and manages the project according to the project management plan and ensures all relevant project deliveries during all phases
. Establishes a set of practices that ensure the integrity and quality of project work products
. Ensures all necessary sign-offs according to the guidelines and performs all relevant reviews
. Ensures provision of cost and effort estimations Staffs the project by requesting resources, eg PMO, BA, DEV
. Prepares information and recommendation for choosing the appropriate sourcing pattern
