Beschreibung

PMO (Temenos) wanted for an international bank in Zurich.

Your tasks:

  • Managing the contracts of the external employees and the Temenos contracts
  • Consolidating the status report for the weekly meeting and preparing the management slides for all different boards (eg STC, ExB, BoD etc.)
  • Tracking progress of the project (budget/actual/forecast, deadlines etc.)
  • Maintaining the project governance, meeting plan for the stakeholder updates and the project risk overview
  • Managing the Protime for the project (authorisation, task setup etc.)
  • Overviewing the external/internal/backfill resources (up to date)

Your experience/skills:

  • Experience as PMO
  • General expertise in Private Banking
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of project management tools (eg WBS, status reporting, progress tracking, budget/actual management, risk assessment etc.)
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus
