Alpina is looking for a Technical Security Officer (m/f) in Zurich.The Responsibilities
• Manage System Compliance, Vulnerabilities and Network Security
• System Compliance auditing and remediation tracking
• Vulnerability identification, assessment and remediation tracking
• Approve FW change requests and verify implementation of FW change
• Network access compliance auditing and remediation tracking
• Security device auditing and FW rule base analysis
• Manage System account review
• Coordination of yearly scurity testing and tracking of remediation activities
• Reporting
• Monthly KPI reporting on operational System and Network Security
• Assurance
• Provide required evidence for System and Network Security controls for FloD Testing
• Application Ownership
• Maintain and improve foundstone infrastructure for compliance auditing, system account review and vulnerability management
• Maintain and improve computer based network model of Wealth IT for virtual penetration testing and network compliance auditing
The Requirements
Key Accountability:
• Manage System and Network Security
• Approve FW change requests and verify implementation of change
• Quality of System Network KPI reporting
Skills:
• Sound IT knowledge of Network-(Cisco, Checkpoint), Operating System- (UNIX, LINUX, Windows) and Data Base (Oracle, MS SQL) Security
• Solid overall security know how on security tools (Monitoring, Vulnerability Management, FW Change Management
• Ability to communicate with and guide technical staff
Required Experience:
• 3 - 5 years of experience in network security management and perimeter security
• Understanding the security concepts of Operating systems (UNIX, Linux and Windows)
• Involvement in vulnerability identification, assessment and remediation processes (advantage)
• More than one year of involvement in Security Operations tasks (e.g. Vulnerability Management, Account reviews, FW change approval) in the financial industry
Other Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in system and network engineering (preferred with security involvement)
• Solid English (in writing and conversation)
