For a long term project at our banking clients’ site here in Zurich we are looking for an experiencedSoftware Developer - .NET (3430)
The designated candidate will be responsible for the development of existing dot Net based applications for Advisory and Suitability Tools.
Job Qualifications:
- Excellent Knowledge and experience in design and development of high performant web front end applications with
- ASP.NET MVC 4 using following technologies:
- Microsoft .NET 4.0 / 4.5
- ASP.NET & ASP.NET MVC 4
- HTML 5 / CSS 3
- Java Script / jQuery / AJAX / amCharts
- MS SQL 2008 R2 / MS SQL 2012
- OpenXML SDK
- Visual Studio
- ReSharper / StyleCop / FxCop
- IIS 7
- Excellent understanding of MS SQL
- Understanding of software development/ customization processes
- Capability to analyze complex and poorly defined problems related to the application and to provide solutions with minimal guidance from the superiors
- Knowledge in financial sector resp. specific business knowledge is a plus
- SQL and .NET certifications are an asset
Key Deliverables:
- Analysis of Requirements and creation of Solution Design
- Development of new features
- Bugfixing
- Definition and writing of Unit / Integration testcases
- Tracking and documentation of the changes using standard Bank tools (e.g. JIRA, Sharepoint )
- If required, 3rd level support for production issues caused by the new deliveries
- Proactive planning and measures definition to improve the existing applications
- Ensure the high quality of delivered solution
