For our customer, we would like to fill the following vacancy:Project Manager for Q1 starting asap. He/she will replace an abscence due to illness. This person will be able to do the handover in December.
The aim of the project is to support the on-site technical team with an IT solution starter package (eg. CRD platforms or cloud solutions) for building projects.
Requirements:
- Senior Project Management (minimum 5 years of experience)
- Excellent communication skills
- German and English as a must
- Ability to analyse and assess the business need and assess using IT solution architecture principles
- Ability to challenge requirements, identifying standard vs. custom solutions
- Excellent documentation skills
- Ability to define short, clear instructions for non-IT individuals
- Ability to drive outcome
- The role requires to rather coordinate and lead in a matrix organization than hands on doing and classical project management
- Experience in IT related to building engineering / facility / infrastructure projects is a plus
