Edelway AG is a Swiss IT Services Consultancy. Our global multinational Pharmaceutical client based in the Bern area is currently looking for an IT Help Desk specialist (1st/2nd level support) to join them on a long term basis.

THE ROLE
*Provide 1st/2nd line support on a large panel of technologies and Hardware to local users )
*Registration of requests/tickets creation
*Guaranty a fast and efficient customer service
*Provide a diversified service Windows 7
*Active Directory accounts incidents resolution
*Patching

YOUR PROFILE
*Minimum 1 year of Service Desk experience
*Excellent German and/or Swiss German
*Customer focus
*Team Player
