For a longer termed project at our Banking client’s site in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedSenior PMO Support for Strategic Risk Initiative (3196)
The sucessful candidate will be part of a significant program within the bank and work within the Risk Stream of the Strategic Risk Initiatives, Our client needs to comply to US CCAR which
requires collaboration of many different functions and significant challenges. In this role you will support the Lead PMO and the Project team and interact with senior stakeholders. An extension on this contract for a further 6 - 12 months is a strong possibility.
Your qualifications:
- 6+ years experience in managing and delivering projects and in a leading position within a large Program Management Office is necessary
- Familiarity with running projects in a banking environment is essential
- Knowledge of risk control, capital management, banking regulations (BCBS, CCAR) would be an advantage
- Proactive independent working attitude who can provide pragmatic and actionable solutions.
- Very good communication and presentation skills, as well as ability to effectively interact with senior Management
- Very good MS Excel and MS Power-Point skills
- Fluency in English is a must
Your responsibilities:
- Support the Lead PMO and the Project Team in the overall process
- Help maintaining the program framework
- Define and enforce project standards
- Support actively improvement initiatives
- Co-ordinate and oversee documentation and operational readiness efforts across the risk Support project
- Analysis, quality assurance, status tracking and reporting
