For a major international client in Vevey, we are looking for a:
Cost Coordinator/Program administrator (French & English)
to admin., coordinate and collect our client's program related financial information.
Responsibilities will include:
Contract management
- Track all GLS related supplier contracts
- Check cash out versus service delivered, manage gaps
Regular rolling multi-year forecast in KCHF by providing management with multi-cost view
- By contributing entity, by project as well as by region including visibility
PEC input by providing timely visibility about
- Missing approvals of invoices from supplier and by PM
- Project break down by approved invoice
- gTime entries of upfront approved invoices
- Manage parked invoices
Project cost reporting
- Quality check on raw data.
- Support monthly reporting covering multiple cost views.
- Collect input from GLS Project Managers
Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
- Experience with Project cost management - analyst
- Good knowledge of cost accounting
- Communication skills to best manage stakeholders & ability to work in a network organization
- Service Orientation is critical to support Project Management Office in tight collaboration with Finance
- Fluent in French & English both written and spoken
This is a contract position with an international client until the end of July 2016, in the first instance. The client is located on Lake Geneva, in Vevey.
