For a long term project with our client in Lausanne, we are looking ASAP for an Assistant Controller. Tasks. Work closely with Finance Controllers in order to provide high quality data within timely framework, as well as the reliable measurement of selected key KPI's. Cost center management experience is a must. Work closely with finance controllers in the regions (RGOs) to ensure consistent data reporting. Support period and year end closing (PEC & YEC). Support the quarterly Planning Process (DF) by collecting data and providing first high-level analyzes. Support special projects: reorganisation, implementation of new tools, etc. Provide first high-level cost analyzes and reconciliations. Assist the NBE finance controllers in their day to day activities. Provide timely and reliable reconciled figures. Skills required. Eye for detail and task completion orientation; reliable, able to communicate with people x-entities and x-regions. Experience in Accounting/Finance function. If possible, experience within a network organization. Proficiency in English, French is an advantage
