Service Delivery Manager/EMC, HDS, Netapp, Storage/Service Transition/Zurich/German
My client are one of the worlds largest providers of data storage software and hardware. They are currently being engaged by a large financial services organisation based in Zurich.
They have a new requirement for a Service Delivery Manager with the following skills
- A background in storage software including any of the following, EMC, HDS, NetApp,
- Excellent experience in problem and incident management and service delivery management
- Working on service transition/migration project with large commercial organisations
- Experience in man management of any where from 10-20 staff
- German speaking
