For a six months project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for a

Senior Test Manager - Wealth Management Products IT (3362)

Our client is offering an interesting role for an experience Senior Test Program Manager for a strategic Program within the Privat Banking Wealth Management Products IT.

Your qualifications:
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; alternatively an equivalent education such as apprenticeship
- Proven track record of at least 5 year experience in a comparable position in testing or project management preferably in Financial/Banking environment
- Experience in Test Strategy definition, Test Plan across different applications
- Knowledge in Business Analysis/Requirements Engineering
- Solution Engineering background is an advantage
- Flexible and adaptable in the face of changing priorities or circumstances
- Ability to cope well under pressure and with uncertainty
- Experience in non-functional testing and test automation is desired
- Ability to make decisions and be accountable for decisions and actions
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills as well as analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German is a plus

The role:
- Opportunity to design and deliver in a new program being involved early
- Responsibility to establish a test strategy and subsequently implement testing
- Review and determine testing resources
- Identify and provide/arrange necessary training to test groups
- Establish and managed a test organization
- Monitor and Control of the overall test effort
- Partner with stakeholder to initiate and manage the test effort
- Ensure adherence to agreed Test Strategy, Plan and project schedules and all relevant deliverables, fulfil legal and regulatory requirements
- Control & direct the activities of Testing resources, both internal and external
- Analyse and report on test results
- Report to the Project Manager
- Provide sign off on test outcomes prior to go-live
