For a large office move project at our client site in Zurich, we are looking for immediate support in the form of aGerman Speaking PMO for an Office Move project (3361)
IT- Skills / Know-how
- Demonstrable PMO experience
- General knowledge of Network and Wireless Environments, Video Conferencing, Telephony and Audio Visual systems an advantage
- Excellent skills in MS Project, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Conversant in project terminology

Work specification
- Overall responsibility is to support the project manager and technical lead
- General administration such as organize meetings, take and publish minutes, co-ordinate requests for information
- Track, progress and report activities
- Document, track, progress and report risks and issues
- Update, monitor schedule baseline and report potential deviations
- Fully manage project repository
- Monitor project milestones and dependencies
- Draft project reports on project status and progress
- Ensure compliance to project management standards and internal framework
- Support suppliers in site visits, requests for information, meetings, coordinate between other units such as facilities (electrical, lighting, security, fixtures and fittings, etc…)
- Support the set-up of the desks such as cleaning, quality control, disposal / return of old equipment storage (Transport, packaging)
- Support the deployment of new IT equipment such as monitors, keyboards, mice
- Coordinate, document and track equipment and services by way of audits
- Provide hands-on user support during the moves
This is a full time engagement and in addition, we can only accept candidates who do not have vacation planned between February and July 2016.
