Your Role:
- Receiving internal support calls
- Utilising skills in problem solving to support issues and diagnose solutions
- Open tickets, document tickets, follow processes and close tickets
- Follow up with users
- Onsite support; in-person
Your Profile:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to analyse and diagnose problems
- Ability to propose solutions
- Self-motivated and responsible personality
