For our client in Basel, we are seeking a Service Desk/Onsite Supporter

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: January 31st 2015

Location: Basel, Switzerland

Language: English

Your Role:

  • Receiving internal support calls
  • Utilising skills in problem solving to support issues and diagnose solutions
  • Open tickets, document tickets, follow processes and close tickets
  • Follow up with users
  • Onsite support; in-person

Your Profile:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to analyse and diagnose problems
  • Ability to propose solutions
  • Self-motivated and responsible personality
