For a project at one of our customers, in Baden we are looking for aSecurity Incident Management Expert (m/f) 100%
BdU Consulting AG provides various services in the IT sector in cooperation with large and established companies. This project position has an estimated duration of 12 months and may be extended. You will work in an international environment in a global company. You will work on attractive and diverse tasks.
Role:
This role will take the lead for handling major security incidents within the respective time zones and extend in due course of the IS transformation to handle all security incidents.
The role will support the follow-the-sun principle of incident handling within the customer company. The role will support the Security Incident Service Manager in the delivery of the Security Incident Service to the businesses stakeholders.
Tasks:
+ Understand and implement the Security Incident Process and Policies within the respective time zone
+ Responsible for handling Security Incidents as allocated by the Security Incident Service Manager
+ Work with the local countries, businesses and regions to identify key resources that can assist in the Security Incident process and incident handling
+ Supporting the implementation of the global project initiatives driven by Group InfoSec as part of the security step-up program
+ Managing external parties supporting in Incident Response
+ Support the InfoSec resources within the Time Zone with the InfoSec Security operations
Requirements:
+ Graduate level with IT focus or equivalent practical experience
+ At least 4 years business experience in IT/IS
+ At least 2 years of experience in Security Incident handling and the management and coordination of Incident teams
+ Skills in change management, a proven track record in good communications and personnel management
+ Ability to work under high pressure / stress-resistant
+ Broad IS Technology knowledge
+ Knowledge of current threat & attack vectors
+ Experience in AntiVirus Technology and AV Management Consoles (e.g. McAfee ePO)
+ Experience in log analysis of Firewalls, Proxy servers, Operation Systems, Databases
+ Servers / clients / mobile devices / appliances / OSs / common applications, databases / middleware in-depth knowledge
+ Willingness to travel within time zone and to be available beyond traditional work hours

+ Good English language skills (spoken and written)
