For a project at our client’s site, an internationally renowned bank, we are looking for a

Application Support Analyst - C# .Net and Oracle - 3rd level (3306)

The bank is currently undertaking a large program of work to replace the current Customer Screening application. An immediate requirement has arisen to support the current system while the existing resources work on the new replacement. The designated candidate will assist in building out the core team in Zurich with a view to taking on support and development of the new replacement once live.

Your qualifications:
- Experience of Enterprise System integration & ETL applications with either Microsoft & SQL Server and/or Oracle & Informatica Environment is mandatory
- Experience in at least one scripting language
- The candidate must be willing to cross train in a different OS & DB platform
- Experience in developing .Net or Java applications and exposure to web servers/ messaging systems would be a distinct advantage (not a must)
- Experience in migration to new applications from another system would be helpful (not a must)

Your responsibilities:
- 3rd level Application support for legacy .Net platform for Customer Screening applications
- Application support for Oracle, Informatica & Oracle enterprise data quality stack
- Typical responsibilities would involve 75% support and 25% development
- Release management (UAT & Production)
- Troubleshooting user complaints
