Embedded Software Integration EngineerMy client is huge multi-national company located in Switzerland. They are currently searching for an experienced and passionate Embedded Software Integration Engineer to join their busy team on a contract basis.
The company itself design and develop Space and Satellite related technology and have been at the forefront of new innovation for a very long time. They are considered leaders in their industry and continue to produce ground-breaking technology in this area and other industries. They need an experienced Embedded Software Integration Engineer to help them to develop the next generation of their product.
This is a 6 months contract with a chance that this contract will be extended for up to 12 months.
The pay rate for this role is around 95 CHF per hour. This role is mostly onsite as you’ll be communicating a lot with the team onsite and interacting with hardware which is always kept onsite.
Requirements of the Embedded Software Integration Engineer:
- 5+ years of experience in the field of Embedded Devices and programming with C (essential) and C++ (desirable).
- 5+ years of experience testing, debugging, implementing and optimising embedded code on target hardware devices (MCUs, DSPs and FPGAs).
5+ years of experience working with DSP and Algorithms for NXP, Qualcomm or Cypress Chips.
- Space and Satellite related experience or similar (Aerospace/Automotive/Medical Devices)
- Eligibility to work in the EU (essential)
- Electronics engineering background would be a desirable
