HR Capital Management Project - HR Next Program
Job Description:
This role is as part of a global Human Capital Management (HCM) Team, to support the configuration and implementation of the new HR platform, HR Next Program. The project is predominantly based in Zurich and London and has global scope.
Main responsibilities:

Help to define the future state design and processes for performance management, talent reviews, succession management and promotions practices, within the new IT environment

Support of the overall project delivery and ensure that all requirements and dependencies to other tools and processes are addressed

Act as project management office and manage plans, deliverables and actions, organize and facilitate meetings, provide analysis and presentations

Working independently under the guidance of the responsible work stream lead and HCM subject matter experts

Working jointly with IT and business organizations to implement effective business solutions
Required expertise/knowledge:
-
A couple of years of experience in either performance management, talent reviews, succession management or promotions within a large organization.

Proven experience in project management, preferably with HR transformations or HR systems implementations.

Strong analytical skills and strategic problem solving capabilities.

Attention to detail and quality.

Team player, able to work on own initiative.

Experienced user of MS Office toolset, mainly Excel and Powerpoint.

Strong English and German language proficiency.
