Introduction: Since its founding in 1997 ITech Consult AG has expanded its network of freelance IT continuously. So we are able to present computer science professionals with the required profiles in a short term.
Main Tasks:
-Analysis, development, automation and optimization of processes and metrology systems in the reagent production
-Merging the system requirements of the medical devices as well as the requirements of the reagents within the optimal reagents Litigation
-Conceptual design and development of optimized measurement systems and processes to improve the in-line process control and process capability in the production reagents
-Selection and verification of functional capability of components and systems for suitability and robustness in production of reagents
-Analysis and evaluation of process and measurement results based on statistical methods
-Implementation of failure analysis in processes and systems, and development of improvement measures
-Collaboration with external partners
-Assisting in the planning, implementation and documentation of validation of processes and metrology systems in the reagent production
Professional Experience:
-Minimum 5-10 years of experience in System development engineer reagent process.
-College or possibly university degree in mechatronics, automation technology, allg.Maschinenbau, supply engineering or similar programs, preferably with experience
-Solid knowledge in the fields of process engineering, automation, pneumatics, control engineering, circuit design, process control, statistics, CAD, fluidic systems, sensor technology, material
-Preferably experience in PLC programming and robotics
-Communication skills: German and English fluently.
-Very good knowledge in SAP AND MS Office
-Experience and joy, people in the team to guide (without direct staff management)
-Enjoyment of an extensive field of activity and to expand one's knowledge
