Beschreibung

ETRM Project/Programme Manager is required for a leading Global Commodities organisation based in Geneva on behalf of a financial consultancy. As the ETRM Project Manager you will play a key leadership role in the delivery of complex technology and business solutions for leaders from the financial services and commodities trading industry.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage integrated, multi-track projects and/or programs of multiple projects.
  • Lead development and tracking of integrated project plans.
  • Oversee project estimations.
  • Oversee the development and tracking of integrated project plans.
  • Oversee the development of project deliverables in order to meet project objectives.
  • Establish processes to manage scope, risk and issues within and across multiple projects.
  • Establish and maintain project communication and set project quality and performance standards.
  • Lead team of 25+ people and provide career development, direction and motivation to team.
  • Ensure key project-wide roles and responsibilities are defined.
  • Drive knowledge sharing and learning from project experiences.
  • Establish and manage relationships with key client executives and stakeholders.
  • Stay on top of current industry trends and help shape opportunities for client solutions.
  • Help drive business development activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Deep relevant work experience in project management successfully delivering solutions within commodities.
  • Deep experience in consulting firm or client-facing role.
  • Proven team leadership experience leading globally distributed teams of 25+ people including managerial experience.
  • Solid understanding of general commodities industry space (upstream and/or midstream; oil, gas and/or power).
  • Solid knowledge of at least one area of the energy trading life cycle (Front Office, mid office, Back Office).
  • Experience implementing any third party energy trading software packages desired.
  • Prior accountability for respective budget or client revenue.
  • Extensive client management experience with accountability for executive-level relationships.
  • Deep experience managing multiple full project life cycles from business development to final delivery.
  • Deep experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience using Object Oriented Design and development methodologies; Agile, Scrum or Waterfall preferred.
