Project Manager, Process and tools enhancements, Banking, English (Contract, Zurich)
For one of our clients, a worldwide renowned Bank based in Zürich, Swisslinx is currently looking for a Project Manager with experience in the process and tools enhancements.
Your tasks:
- To optimize existing business processes in the area of retrocession - reviewing existing and establishing new SLAs
- Being an expert within all aspects of retrocession and actively drive a business project to optimize business processes as well as enhancing and developing further the retrocession tool
- Being responsible for retrocession tool development: enhancement of existing functionalities and implementation of new functionalities
- Being a single point of contact between Business & IT: manage change request list and specify business requirements for upcoming change requests
- Opportunity to work in Zurich and Geneva in a dynamic and motivated team of very experienced specialists
Your profile:
- 2-4 years' experience as project manager/business manager with in depth experience in process re-design and tool enhancements
- Proven track record as a project manager (leading projects from initiation to implementation) in the financial industry
- Familiar with investment products
- Outstanding analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills, result-driven approach, very self-organized individual
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experienced in managing an interface between IT and business
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken), French is a plus
- Willingness to work several days per month in Geneva
This is a 6 months contract initially, with a possibility of extension. Start date: ideally ASAP.
