* Support strategic processes and projects
. Workshop preparation and lead
. Guidance for RFI/RFP processes

. General Support of Stakeholder Management
* Experience in working in an international team with fluent and non- fluent English speakers
. Fluent English written and spoken
. Very good communicative skills to support strategic processes with slide decks and presentations
. Pronounced comprehension to gather fast a capacious overview of topics and summarize them for strategic decisions
. Business know-how in the area of Financial Advice and Investment Management (Portfolio Management, Advice Process, SAA, TAA)
. Support specific projects with preparing and leading workshops as well within set terms of reference, documentation and risk management
. Project management
. German written and spoken (preferred)
* University degree or equivalent in computer science or engineering
. Experience in project management and stakeholder management
. Proven experience of managing projects with at least 5 years in project/program management
. At least 3-5 years of Banking experience (Business Know How)
. Education in banking (preferred)
