Accountant/Change Controller
Our client, headquartered in Zurich, is an important subsidiary of a global company in the finance industry. We are looking for an Accountant/Change Controller to work within the Risk Division of the bank who can start as soon as possible.
Project:
- The division is a global controlling function within the bank. The Controller reports into the Risk Finance Business Partner, and provides finance process and analytics support.
- The role is supporting a global team with a significant UK presence
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with COO to calculate and upload monthly expense forecast.
- Engage with the COO team to calculate and upload the financial plan for 2016
- Support COO team performing key finance processes, such as budget transfers, cost transfers
- Perform analytics on costs and transactions
Required Skills/Experience:
- Accounting qualification (Professional Education or University)
- At least 3 years professional experience in accounting/finance role
- Strong Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent English (spoken and written)
Desired:
- Experience working with Peoplesoft and Essbase.
- Experience with finance process design/modelling
- Strong business acumen and ability to quickly understand business direction
