Senior Line Business Manager - Controlling / Reporting (3170)

We are seeking a candidate for an interesting position at our clients' “Testing Services” area to be Single Point of Contact for the areas of Private Banking Products and Ops / CST for Testing. This role will steer the overall financials and project portfolio views in collaboration with N4s and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Activities will include Monthly forecasting: Monitoring and tracking of all details between forecasting and actuals, as well as the sign-off of this data
Illustrate and analyse cost efficiency and saving potentials
Regular reconciliation between project portfolio budgets and Book of Work Costs (includes tracking and controls for the Change the Bank and Run the Bank portfolio view)
Sparring partner for the assigned areas, as a trusted advisor with the ability to challenge if something is not aligned with the overall strategy
Close collaboration with the relevant business management stakeholders and interfaces, as well as with senior management
Part of an international team, working across different COO functional areas including Workforce Mgmt., Analytics and Vendor Governance
Special tasks: Taskforce, assessment and analysis as required

Your qualifications:

Degree in Business Administration (ideally with a specialization in Accounting) or another relevant education
Senior level experience in a similar function with a strong focus on financial budgeting
A good understanding and strong interest for the way an IT organizations works
Ability to drive innovation and change within the area of responsibility
Work experience in an international environment and the ability to work with people from a different cultural background
MS Excel skills on advanced level (e.g. with Pivot tables etc.)
Knowledge in presenting budgeting topics in an easy to read and understandable way
Strong customer orientation
A flair for accounting topics
Excellent communication skills in English, German is of advantage
