HR Project Manager/PMO/Analyst sought for a global HR platform replacement for a tier one investment bank based in Zurich.
This is a 12 month contract role with a strong chance of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help to define the future state design and processes for HR activities on the new platform
- Support of the overall project delivery
- Act as project management office and manage plans, deliverables and actions, organize and facilitate meetings, provide analysis and presentations
- Working jointly with multiple stakeholders to implement effective business solutions
Required Experience:
- HR experience or experience with HR projects
- Proven experience in project management, ideally within HR projects
- Strong analytical skills and strategic problem solving capabilities
- Attention to detail and quality
- Team player but also able to work independently
- Experienced user of MS Office toolset, mainly Excel and Powerpoint
- Excellent English communication skills, German is an asset
